Refund & Return Policy

New Products

  • Products must be returned within 30 days to receive a full refund.
  • Used or worn products will not be accepted for refunds. Products must still be in appropriate condition, which is determined by our trained employees.
  • Products purchased online must be mailed to the manufacturer of the product since we participate in drop-shipping with manufacturers. For questions about online returns, contact customer service.
  • Products purchased in-store must be returned to the store in person with the original receipt.

Abnormal  Wear or Damage

  • Products that become worn or damaged abnormally quickly as a result of improper manufacturing or product design errors may or may not be able to receive a replacement from the manufacturer.
  • Contact customer service and we will work with you and the manufacturer to replace or repair your product.
  • Corbin’s Footwear does not guarantee refunds, replacements, or repairs for products that become worn or damaged.
